Guideline session
Precision guidelines for life-course metabolic care
Day 2, Friday, April 10, 13:40-15:10 / Room 4 Overview
This Special Guideline Session presents precision approaches to metabolic care across the Asian life course. Prof. Seung Min Jung will delineate age- and sex-specific metabolic risk trajectories and the latent burden across lifespan. Prof. Megu Baden will examine environmental drivers shaping Asian-specific metabolic vulnerability. Prof. Amutha Ramadas will discuss targeted intervention strategies for high-risk sub-populations at critical stages. Together, the talks integrate epidemiologic and guideline perspectives for life-course metabolic risk reduction.

From writing to responsible AI use: 생성형 AI 활용과 책임 있는 연구 논문 작성
Day 3, Saturday, April 11, 08:30-10:00 / Room 3 Overview
This special session focuses on practical ways to use generative AI as a tool to enhance research productivity and efficiency. Through real-world examples, it explores how generative AI can be applied across the entire research process, from literature search and organization to idea structuring, data interpretation, and manuscript drafting and revision. Key technical elements such as prompt design, output verification, and iterative refinement are introduced to help researchers use AI more effectively as a supportive research tool. The session also addresses common limitations and potential pitfalls of generative AI, offering practical perspectives on how to manage them in everyday research practice. The third presentation provides helpful guidance for clinicians and basic researchers on integrating generative AI naturally and responsibly into research and academic writing.
