Introduction

All researchers, who have submitted abstract(s) and will participate in SICEM 2024 on-site, are eligible for grants.
Awards and travel grants are awarded separately.

Awards

Outstanding oral/poster presentations will be awarded at the closing ceremony. Awardees will receive individual notifications, and their participation in the ceremony is required. The evaluation factors for selecting excellent presentations are as follows:

• Abstract evaluation: originality, comprehensiveness, and relevance.
• Awardees will be nominated upon evaluation by the Scientific Organizing Committee. The result will be notified individually during the congress.
• It is essential for awardees to attend the closing ceremony to receive their recognition.

Travel grants (for international participants only)

• SICEM 2024 offers travel grants to international participants who have submitted an abstract.
• The Scientific Organizing Committee will nominate the travel grant recipients.
• Recipients of travel grants must attend the congress on-site.

Process

1. Join the abstract submission
2. Apply in progress of abstract submission
3. Register for congress
4. Wait for notification
5. Participate in SICEM 2024 On-site (Payment for travel grants will be processed on-site.)

1. 의사 지원 신청 안내

대한내분비학회 SICEM 2024에 참석하시는 의사 직군의 회원분들께 학술대회 지원을 진행하고 있습니다.

• 신청자격
  • 대한내분비학회 회원(평생회원 또는 3년 이상 회비 납부한 정회원)
  • 면허번호를 소지한 보건의료전문가
  • 연자, 좌장 및 포스터 발표자는 주저자(초록상 1저자) 1인과 공동저자 1인을 포함해 최대 2인까지 지원 가능하며, 주저자(1저자)가 참가하지 않은 경우에는 공동저자 1인만 지원 가능
  • E-포스터 발표자의 경우 발표자의 역할이 확인된 1인만 지원 
    (* 초청장 혹은 초록채택 메일에 발표 일시 및 장소 또는 질의응답 시간 등의 정보가 명시되어야 함) 
• 지원 범위와 금액
  • 학회 등록비, 항공료 또는 지상 교통비, 숙박비, 식비, 기타 교통비에 실비 지원하고 각 항목에 대한 지급 규정은 한국제약바이오협회(KPBMA), 한국글로벌의약산업협회(KRPIA)의 가이드라인에 따른다.
• 신청 및 정산 프로세스
  
  (학회에서 정산서류를 일괄 취합하고 한국제약바이오협회(KPBMA)와 한국글로벌의약산업협회(KRPIA)에 전달하여 꼼꼼한 심사과정을 거치게 됩니다.
  최종 정산까지는 행사 종료 후 6개월 이상이 소요되고 있으니 여유있게 기다려 주시길 바랍니다.)

  • 내분비학회 회원(평생회원/정회원)
  • 초록 1편당 최대 2인 지원
    * 초록의 주저자, 교신저자가 비의사가 아니어도 지원받으실 수 있습니다.
  • 수도권(서울, 경기, 인천) 소속 외 신청이 가능
• 혜택
  
  • 등록비: 무료등록
  • 지원금액: 1인당 10만 원 ~ 25만 원
    * 소속기관 지역에 따라 차등 지급
